How Pawsonalized Works

Step 1. Choose the style and upload photos
Customize your product style and upload clear reference photos. You could also share any preferences or special details in the Notes. If you are unsure which photo works best, you could upload a few and we will be happy to help choose.

Step 2. Receive drafts through email
We’ll create a preview or draft within 2–5 days for you to review. This could be a layout mockup or a full sketch, depending on the product. You could share your feedback and request adjustments within a week after receiving the draft, until everything looks just right.

Step 3. Wait for the artwork to be created
Once the draft is confirmed, your piece will be handcrafted within 2-5 weeks, depending on the complexity and the number of orders in the queue. If you need it sooner, feel free to let us know. We’ll do our best to see if it’s possible.

Step 4. Final review and shipping
For wool felt portraits, we’ll share a final video for small tweaks before wrapping up. Once confirmed, or once production is complete for other products, your order will be carefully packed and delivered in about 2 weeks.

What a lovely process and presentation. As expected, it takes some time to order a customer anything, but they were very kind and accommodating and wanted to get it right and the packaging continued the experience by making it feel as special as it should. Alot of companies fall short and drop the ball on packaging. It is exactly what I expected, no surprises. I am pleased and will order more.
